  2. Select the transaction you want to refund.

  3. Tap Request Refund and follow the prompts.

Option 2: Contact Support

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your account username/email.

    • Transaction date and ID (found in your receipt).

    • A brief explanation of the issue.

  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.


Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.
